
All mat sessions begin with a quiet observing attitude and end with a hands
on sinus massage and body/mind restoration. Instructor/ student focus is on
nurturing love, acceptance, truth and lightness. We are open to all styles of
yoga, however, before there were styles, there was yoga. Yoga is an ancient
discipline that explores, develops and integrates the body, mind and spirit to
create symmetry, proportion, and centeredness of attitude.
